The Pollening is upon us! Every spring the state of NC prepares for a heavy dusting of snot-inducing pollen and we’ve brewed a beer in honor of the occasion. This IPA pours a beautiful hazy yellow/orange with notes of fresh peach, orange slices, grapefruit pith, and a touch of tropical fruit from a heavy dose of Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Mosaic.
