Eternal Dankness

A modern twist on an old school west coast style IPA. We used Chinook and Simcoe hops on the hot side to build a classic base of citrus and pine. Then we dry-hopped with a massive amount of Nelson Sauvin and a little more Simcoe for notes of wild white grape, peach, and tangerine. A collaboration with Mike Bell.
