Brewed for our 5th anniversary, this hazy DIPA pushes our hoppy beer game to new highs. We started this one off with Citra Incognito and Mosaic in the whirlpool, then we dry-hopped with a massive amount of Galaxy and Mosaic, and finished it off with a blast of Citra cryo.
